The Nursery Infant Toddler Center

This will be a state of the art center modeled after our center in Washington Heights, established in 1995 and licenced by the NYC Bureau of Daycare. We will care for 75 children from two months to five years.

Nursery North has 7 classrooms. Two Infant rooms house 8 babies each. The Mini-Toddlers are 12 - 24 months old in two groups of 10 children. The Toddlers, two to three years, are in two groups of ten children each. The pre-schoolers are in a mixed age class of three and four year olds.

The center is in the ground and first floor of the New Gateway Condo. We are 3 blocks north of Central Park; 1 block east of Morningside Park, Near Columbia University, St Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital and Mt. Sinai Medical Center. Transportation: Nursery North is located in central Harlem just a few blocks north of Central Park. By public transportation we are two blocks away from the B and C subway lines. The 2 and 3 subways stop on Lenox Avenue and 110th or 116th. The 10 bus stops at our corner, and the 2, 3, 4, 7, and 18 bus lines are all close.
